Scrambled Eggs

Serves 1

2 large whole eggs, or 3 egg whites
2 tablespoons milk or half and half (optional)
Salt
Non-stick cooking spray

Whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt to taste in a small bowl.

Heat the 2 Quart Sauté Pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the pan with cooking spray.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Cover and cook for 30 seconds until the eggs begin to set. Remove the cover and gently fold to form large curds. Transfer the eggs to a plate or cover and continue to cook if you prefer dry eggs.
360 Cooking Tip
Fold in cheese, ham, or other add-ins into the eggs just before serving and let stand covered, off-heat for about 30 seconds until the cheese is melted and ingredients are warmed through. It’s best to do this when the eggs are still fairly loose to avoid overcooking the eggs.
