One study found that the average delivery order cost from $31 to $36 in 2022. You will need to pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, bread, and milk on a weekly basis. Buy small quantities until you get a feel for how quickly they get used up, to cut down on food waste.
