Ingredients
1 8oz New York steak
1 Tbsp Minced Shallots
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Vermouth
1/2 Cup Beef Stock
2 oz. Butter
1 Tbsp Minced Parsley
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
Directions
Heat your 8.5" Fry Pan until hot,1 – 2 min.. Sear steak three minutes per side. Then place steak on serving plate and set aside.
Sauté shallots, then deglaze with vermouth, Worcestershire, mustard and beef stock in the same 8.5" Fry Pan. Reduce by one half.
Finish with butter and parsley.
