All I can say is WOW.......this is just the best stock pot....I am making homemade Chicken noodle soup right now....go to Facebook and type in 360 to get the recipe....you will love this recipe and it is perfect for this size pot....can't wait till it gets a little colder to make chili in my new 360 stock pot.....when I make the chili....if my recipe turns out good...I will post it.....and if it doesn't turn out good.....no one will ever know...ha...but the Chicken soup is tried and true and you will love it...!!!

I bought this stock pot about three years ago to add to my collection and love it for making stock. After a turkey dinner, I put the carcass in the pot with water, herbs, celery, and onion and simmer 2-3 hours. I didn't realize I could use it to roast the turkey, too! As my family loves turkey, I must try this. I prefer the vapor cooking method because it's healthy and easy to clean up after. Saves energy, too. I live in a warm climate and avoid heating the oven as much as possible. And everything tastes delicious!

I love this pot! It is great for everything! I simmer my chilli for 2 hours, and I can just turn the gas WAY down, and walk away. It takes so much less to get the pot hot and keep it hot then other cookware I have used in the past. I can not wait to get the 16 quart model for making soups out of turkeys and the like. I can do it now in this 8 quart model but it is a bit more difficult, just not large enough for the carcasses. This pot is perfect for chilli, and stews. Love all 360 cookware. Best you can buy!
