Return Policy
Unused cookware may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, less a 5% restocking fee if the cookware is not returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All cookware must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was originally received. Please pack your return carefully, as we cannot issue refunds for cookware damaged during return shipping.
If exchanging an item for one of lesser value, 360 Cookware will refund the difference in price.
Customers must contact a Customer Service Representative before returning any cookware to obtain return authorization. Unsolicited returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
Build Your Own Set & Save Orders
Discounts received through our Build Your Own Set & Save promotion are based on the total number of qualifying items purchased. If one or more items from a Build Your Own Set & Save order are returned, the remaining order will be recalculated based on the applicable discount tier for the items kept. Your refund will reflect this adjusted pricing and may be less than the original purchase price of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Factory Second items
- Overstock Sale items
- Friends & Family purchases
- Any order receiving a discount greater than 30%
