Unused cookware can be retuned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 5% restocking fee may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Cookware must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on cookware that is damage from shipping. If the customer chooses to exchange an item for one of lesser value, 360 will refund the difference. The customer must speak with a customer service representative before they can return any cookware. Unsolicited shipments will be refused and returned to sender.
