For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your stainless steel stockpot with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
To clean the Slow Cooker Base, wipe it with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water.
When using the slow cooker, always place it on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Keep the appliance, hot cookware and cord out of reach of children and away from water.

"It took 3 weeks + to receive it as I was told via email the product over sold in error & I had to wait for a restock. But I did receive it & am very please with it. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity stating Handcrafted in America & the bottom of the pan is stamped as such. I really like that the pan is not attached to the bottom hot plate & therefore can be used on another cooktop for searing any veggies, etc. This is a Great option that gives the slow cooked dish added flavor. Thus far, I have used it almost every day & I would recommend this product. If something happens with it, I will revisit my review & adjust accordingly."

- Is there a timer? If the numbers on the base are just temperature settings, how is this any different than just putting the pot on the stovetop on low heat?
- Hello, There is no integrated timer for the slower cooker base. The benefit of it compared to a stovetop is more precise, accurate, and consistent heating for long periods of time.
- I would love to use this for baking as well as slow cooking. Which 360 pans are the most suitable for baking?
