What 360 Cookware Is Made Of

360 Cookware uses multiple layers of metal bonded together at .110 gauge (2.7 mm) thickness to give you durability, even heating and dependable cooking performance.

You may hear this type of construction called multi-ply, tri-ply, clad or fully clad cookware. These terms describe cookware made by bonding different layers of metal together so each material can do what it does best.

T-316 Surgical Grade Stainless Steel Cooking Surface — 18/10
The surface that comes in contact with your food is T-316 surgical-grade stainless steel. The 18/10 refers to its composition of 18% chromium and 10% nickel. There are zero chemical nonstick coatings between your food and the stainless steel cooking surface.

Aluminum Core
A layer of aluminum is sealed between the stainless steel layers. It never comes in contact with your food. Its purpose is to conduct and distribute heat quickly and evenly throughout the cookware.

T-400 Series Stainless Steel Exterior
The exterior layer that sits on your cooking surface is T-400 series stainless steel. Its composition allows the cookware to work with induction cooktops while providing a strong, durable exterior.
