What You Cook With Matters
You put thought into the ingredients you feed your family. We believe you should feel just as good about the cookware those ingredients are prepared in.
Know What Your Cookware Is Made From
You carefully choose the ingredients that go into your meals. What those ingredients come in contact with while you cook matters, too.
What 360 Cookware Is Made Of
The surface that comes in contact with your food is T-316 surgical-grade stainless steel. The 18/10 refers to its composition of 18% chromium and 10% nickel. There are zero chemical nonstick coatings between your food and the stainless steel cooking surface.
A layer of aluminum is sealed between the stainless steel layers. It never comes in contact with your food. Its purpose is to conduct and distribute heat quickly and evenly throughout the cookware.
The exterior layer that sits on your cooking surface is T-400 series stainless steel. Its composition allows the cookware to work with induction cooktops while providing a strong, durable exterior.
What 360 Bakeware Is Made Of
The interior surface that comes in contact with your food is T-304 stainless steel, giving you a durable stainless steel baking surface with zero chemical nonstick coatings.
A heat-conducting aluminum core is sealed between the stainless steel layers. The aluminum never comes in contact with your food. Its purpose is to distribute heat evenly throughout the bakeware for consistent baking and roasting.
The exterior is made from durable T-400 series stainless steel, completing the bonded construction.
