Akasha Richmond is the chef/owner of AKASHA a restaurant, bar and bakery in Culver City, CA. She is a self-trained chef and artisan-style baker who has catered events for celebrities and other individuals with fabulous taste for more than twenty years.
Chef Colleen Covey is the Director of Recipe Research and Development for 360 Cookware. Chef Colleen is a summa cum laude graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She has developed meals for 360 Cookware devotees, culinary journalists and worked with such celebrity chefs as Martin Yan and Chris Smit
