For best results and to protect your bakeware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Cookie Sheet with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the bakeware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
For stuck-on food, allow the cookie sheet to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.

This sheet is expensive (and heavy) but if it performs and holds up for years as I'm expecting ,then it's worth it. Since my birthday isn't for a couple of weeks, Im hoping to revise my review to 5 stars once Ive used it. Took me a long time to find something like this online. "I have two of the larger ones which are excellent when I bake my big batch of horse cookies. But sometimes you don’t need something that big and this medium size pan is perfect for making a loaf of sourdough French bread or a ring of cinnamon rolls. What I love about the stainless steel pan is you can scrub them clean without scratching like the aluminum pans do. I had ordered a large amount of aluminum bakeware from a very popular company, but found that they scratch too easily and also know that aluminum is not good to eat off of or bake. So I sent them all back and ordered the 360 brand which is quite a bit more expensive, but will last a lifetime ! It’s a one and done quality purchase!"
