For best results and to protect your bakeware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Mini Jelly Roll Pan with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the bakeware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
For stuck-on food, allow the pan to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.

"This pan is absolutely beautiful! I wanted to get a stainless steel pan and get rid of my aluminum ones since I learned they are unhealthy and can lead into your food. It is a good weight and the best quality pan you can buy. I also chose it because it has no handles but just a nice clean rectangular shape. I bought the quarter size and roast vegetables on it. They come out beautifully and after I just let it sit in really hot water for awhile (no soap) and it cleans up so easily. It has a lifetime guarantee and WILL last a lifetime. Excellent product"

"I waited to give this product a review until I used it several times. This has so far worked wonders with even and consistent baking quality across the pan. Heat retention is solid and ease of cleaning is as simple as a quick scrub and/or soak in water. I have so far used this for baking chicken breasts, rosemary & thyme potatoes, and baking various beef related products. All have come out very evenly cooked and to oil pan a simple layer of oil on the pan suffices. Great product and worth the price."

- Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Jelly Roll pan is made of three metals, with a .070 Gauge. The inside layer (which touches your food /baked on) is T-304 Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. The outside layer (what touches the heat) is also T-304 Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. These two layers of stainless-steel surround a layer of aluminum core, which ensures superior heat conduction. Your food doesn’t encounter this layer. Aluminum is used so you don’t have any hot spot or uneven baking.
