For best results and to protect your bakeware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Pie Pan with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the bakeware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
For stuck-on food, allow the pan to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.

Wonderful Pan - Home bakers take note
"I couldn't wait to get my hands on this pie dish! It is a lot bigger than your average 9" or 10" dish. This dish needed 1.5x the filling that I would have used for a 10" pie dish. Similar to using a ceramic pie plate, I would wholeheartedly recommend using a baking stone or dish with this pan because it is a lot thicker than you would expect from a pie plate. Therefore, the bottom crust did not get super crispy even though I had it on the lower third of the oven. The crust also stuck to the pan slightly. I bake pies all the time. That is a result of of the pan not heating up quick enough. For future bakes, I will be sure to use my baking steel to set the bottom crust properly. The rim is nice that it is wide, but consider this if you plan on trying to put the pan inside a pie dish of some sort. Unless you have a very big pie dish or covered cake plate, it will not fit. You would have to cut slices to store any extras if you don't have a container big enough to fit the plate. Even with my pie below the 3/4 full mark, it still bled up and over the side. The rim caught a lot of the filling but I got a little bit of a drip. Overall, this is a great long lasting item and I would buy it again. It makes a grand sized pie and has the potential to make some really great pies!"
