Chef Colleen Covey is the Director of Recipe Research and Development for 360 Cookware. Chef Colleen is a summa cum laude graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She has developed meals for 360 Cookware devotees, culinary journalists and worked with such celebrity chefs as Martin Yan and Chris Smith. Not only can her cooking and pastry skills be seen in nationally branded cookbooks and industrial productions, but her voice talent can also be heard on the educational video series Ethnic Cooking.
