But you don’t have to forego desserts just because you loathe to heat up the house, stove top baking with your 360 Cookware creates an easy, energy efficient way to provide home-baked, summer time treats that feature your wholesome, natural ingredients.

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie Base
This recipe gets the ball rolling on your stove top baking summertime sweets, and can be used for an infinite number of filling creations.
½ cup Sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
1 medium egg (if you only have large eggs, simply whisk one, and use a little more than half)
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly until the dough forms a ball and leaves the sides of the bowl. Using your 360 cookware, 3.5 quart sauce pan, lightly grease the bottom of the pan with a non-stick spray or margarine for stove top baking. Press the dough with your fingers so that it forms an even layer along the bottom of the pan, then cover and place on the stove top, baking the dough at medium temperature for the first fifteen minutes. After which time, reduce the heat slightly, not quite between low and medium, and cook covered for approximately 40-50 minutes more.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow to sit, cooling for at least 20 minutes, then fill as desired. Remember, not all ranges are exactly the same, so adjust your temperature and stove top baking times as needed to ensure success.
Cool Cream Filling
1 regular size tub of Cool Whip,
OR, 1 8oz carton of heavy cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
8oz cream cheese
Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature. Combine the whipped cream and softened cream cheese with a hand-held mixer, or whisk, until smooth. Spread in prepared crust, and top with chopped fresh peanuts. Stove top baking allows you to effortlessly prepare amazing desserts in advance, without heating your entire kitchen all day, and because your 360 Cookware goes from the stove to the refrigerator, or freezer in a snap, you can store leftovers right in the pan.
If peanuts aren’t your thing, you can make the crust using your favorite chilled sugar cookie dough. Just measure off about 1 cup of dough to fit the bottom of the 3.5 quart sauté pan, and follow the stove top baking method as directed above, then layer in your favorite fillings.
