Heat up butter on stove until it melts and browns. It will smell nutty and delicious! Once this is done remove from heat and let it sit until it gets to room temp, then place in bowl. Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix together all dry ingredients in 4 quart mixing bowl. Add in butter and vanilla. Mix together consistency. It will be crumbly.
Add in milk and mix again. Mixture will start to form together. Make into 1 large ball and place in zip lock baggie and place in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
