Start with a hearty 6–8 pound brisket, coated in a flavorful rub of garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, and spices. Sear it directly in your stainless steel insert on the stovetop to lock in flavor and create a crisp outer crust. Then, slow cook it low and slow in a rich blend of BBQ sauce and broth for 8–10 hours until it’s fall-apart tender. Slice, shred, or chop, then serve it right in the delicious pan juices. Perfect for family dinners, meal prep, or feeding a crowd—this brisket is comfort food done right!

Ingredients
-
6-8 pound brisket
-
2 cups BBQ sauce
-
1 cup broth, veg or beef
-
4 teaspoons garlic powder
-
4 teaspoons chili powder
-
4 teaspoons salt
-
1 teaspoon black pepper
-
2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Start by heating your 360 cookware 6 qt. slow cooker on the stove top.
While it is heating mix together all of your seasoning and rub all over your brisket. Once fully coated, add a drizzle of olive oil to pan and lay down your brisket. Let cook on all sides to get a nice crispy edge on the outsides, around 8-10 minutes.
While brisket is crisping add BBQ sauce and broth to a bowl and whisk together.
When brisket is done on the stove top add pan to the slow cooker base and slowly pour in your BBQ mixture. Set slow cooker to 3, add lid and let cook low and slow for 8-10 hours.
Once cooked remove brisket and cut, slice or shred to your liking. Add back into slow cooker juices and serve right out of the dish. Enjoy!
