Born in Scotland, Chef Stephen White has fond memories of the simple flavorful foods that can be found in the British Isles: the superb cheeses, the vast selection of fresh fish, the savory breads and delightful baked goods.
Chef Stephen honors those early memories with his philosophy of cooking: offer simple, fresh food cooked well with flair and elegance. Formerly Executive Chef at Simply Caviar in New York City, Chef Stephen was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, and the five star Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, FL. There, he learned to marry the classical techniques and modern flair needed for a chef today.
Most recently Chef Stephen was the owner of Gold Coast Chefs, a specialty catering and Personal Chef company.
A quick convert to vapor technology for a healthier way to cook, Chef Stephen also loves that 360 Cookware browns, sears and caramelizes in record time for making his more traditional favorites. He is currently 360 Cookware's Consulting Executive Chef, developing recipes and presenting cooking demonstrations for both consumers and professionals.
