Sprinkles, M&M's or any other toppings you would like
Directions
Pop Popcorn. I am using the new 360 cookware Apollo Popper popcorn maker. Using 1/2 cup of kernels you will fill the measuring cup with olive oil over the kernels to fill in any space. Pour into Popcorn maker and turn to high heat. Pop until popcorn stops popping or slows.
Melt white chocolate and pour over popcorn in a new bowl. Stir together making a white chocolate popcorn. This alone is delicious, but we are going to make it a little more festive!
Spread out popcorn over a baking sheet and sprinkle on salt as much as desired. I do about 1/2 teaspoon over the entire popcorn. While the white chocolate cools melt the pink and red chocolate and put into piping bags (I have those linked below for you).
Drizzle pink and red chocolates over popcorn and immediately add sprinkles, m&m's or whatever chocolates, cookies, pretzels, dark chocolate, etc. you are adding to your popcorn mixture.
Let cool and break up to place in bowls or bags if you are giving as a valentine's gift.
