Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 pound of ground chicken or turkey
3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sriracha
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced ginger
1 tablespoon of corn starch
Diced bell pepper and onion, as desired
Romaine, butter, or bibb lettuce cups
Scallions, sesame seeds, and red chile peppers for garnish
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha for the sauce.
Preheat your stainless steel pan, and cook your ground chicken.
Add in your vegetables (if using) as well as the minced garlic and ginger and continue cooking with the chicken.
Add cornstarch to the chicken mixture and stir.
Add the sauce to the chicken mixture and cook for a few more minutes or until reduced. Add additional soy sauce as needed for taste.
Place the ground chicken mixture in the lettuce cups and garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, red chile peppers, and/or sriracha as desired.
