Balsamic Strawberry Grilled Brie
1 wheel of Brie
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp balsamic glaze (extra for drizzle later)
1 tsp chopped Basil
1 store bought baguette
1/2 cup melted butter
Dish soap for pans
Slice strawberries and chop pecans. Add to bowl with balsamic glaze and stir until evenly coated. Set aside
Slice baguette. Add melted butter onto 1 side of each piece
Thinly slice top of Brie in a checkered pattern
Add a thin layer of dish soap onto bottoms of oven to table pan & griddle. Flip over and add Brie into oven to table pan and bread onto griddle.
Place on hot BBQ and cook with lid closed for 5-10 minutes or until Brie is melted and bread is toasted. Check periodically.
Once cooked remove from BBQ and add strawberry mixture on top of Brie and sprinkle on fresh Basil. Add toasted baguette slices around Brie and serve!
