Creamy Garlic Shrimp & Zucchini Noodles

Perfect Dinner Recipe
Products used: 10” Fry Pan
1 pound of shrimp
1-2 large zucchini, spiraled into “noodles”
Olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
½ cup of heavy cream
¼ cup of white wine
⅓ cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Juice of ¼ of a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish, if desired
Marinate your shrimp in olive oil, two cloves of minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for 10-20 minutes
While your shrimp marinates, spiralize your zucchini into “noodles”
Preheat your stainless steel fry pan, and once it’s ready, add a little olive oil to the pan
Place the shrimp in the pan for 1-2 minutes per side, and remove from the pan
Add the remaining two cloves of garlic to the pan and saute for 1-2 minutes
Deglaze the pan with ¼ cup of white wine.
Add the heavy cream to the pan and stir.
Add the zucchini noodles and parmesan and cook for 3 minutes
Add the shrimp back to the pan and top with a squeeze of lemon, fresh parsley (if desired) additional parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
