Easter Brunch Deviled Egg Flight that is sure to wow your guests!

Deviled Egg Flight

Ingredients

    • 3 large Eggs

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    • fine sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    • 2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled

    • 2 tablespoons finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    • 2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped

    • 3 large Eggs

    • 2 slices bacon

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

    • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

    • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    • Pinch of garlic powder

    • 3 large Eggs

    • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

    • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

    • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

    • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

    • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped for filling and garnish.

    • Sea Salt & Black Peppe

    • 3 Eggs

    • 2 teaspoons dill pickles, finely minced

    • 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice

    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

    • A pinch of garlic powder

    • 3 hard-boiled Egg yolks

    • 2ounces chopped cooked lobster meat

    • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

    • 1/2 tablespoon chopped shallot

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped chives

    • 3 large Eggs

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

    • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    • 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

    • 2 tsp pickle juice

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • Chopped celery and pickle

    • Paprika for garnish

    Directions

    1. For each flight cut the 3 hard boiled Eggs in half spoon out the yolk into a bowl and add all ingredients (except the garnish).

    2. Mix together and spoon or pipe your yolk mixture back into Egg whites. Garnish and serve!
