Easter Brunch Deviled Egg Flight that is sure to wow your guests!
Cookware used: 3 Quart Saucepan with Cover
Ingredients
Bacon Egg and Cheese

3 large Eggs
-
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
-
fine sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
-
2 tablespoons finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped
Carbonara Deviled Eggs
-
3 large Eggs
-
2 slices bacon
-
2 tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
-
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
-
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-
Pinch of garlic powder
Cesar Salad

3 large Eggs
-
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
-
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
-
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
-
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
-
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped for filling and garnish.

Sea Salt & Black Peppe
Dill Pickle
-
3 Eggs
-
2 teaspoons dill pickles, finely minced
-
2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
-
1/2 teaspoon mustard
-
A pinch of garlic powder
Lobster Roll
-
3 hard-boiled Egg yolks
-
2ounces chopped cooked lobster meat
-
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
-
1/2 tablespoon chopped shallot
-
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped chives
Bloody Mary

3 large Eggs
-
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-
1/2 teaspoon mustard
-
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
-
2 tsp pickle juice
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped celery and pickle

Paprika for garnish
Directions
For each flight cut the 3 hard boiled Eggs in half spoon out the yolk into a bowl and add all ingredients (except the garnish).
Mix together and spoon or pipe your yolk mixture back into Egg whites. Garnish and serve!
