Perfect Dinner Recipe
Products used: 9” Round Cake Pan with Handles
1 pound of fresh peaches, sliced
1 ½ cups of flour
1 ½ cups of oats
1 ½ cups of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of lightly softened butter
Vanilla ice cream, if desired
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and lightly grease your stainless steel cake pan.
Slice your peaches and add them to the bottom of your cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add in the butter and mix until it’s crumbly. It’s best for the butter to be softened, but not fully room temperature.
Place the oat mixture on top of the peaches and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with vanilla ice cream, as desired.
