Products used: Stainless Steel Loaf Pan with Handles

Ingredients
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 stick of butter, softened
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of chopped walnuts, plus more for topping
1 cup of powdered sugar
¼ cup of maple syrup
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Lightly grease your loaf pan with handles.
Using a hand mixer, combine the pumpkin, softened butter, eggs, and brown sugar.
Once combined, add in the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
Once the batter is thoroughly mixed, gently fold in the walnut pieces if using.
Bake the bread for roughly 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let rest for at least thirty minutes before adding the glaze.
To make the glaze, combine the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and add to the bread once cooled for at least 30-45 minutes. Top with additional walnut pieces if desired.
