Melt butter for 30 second in microwave (if not room temp).
Add brown sugar and mix. Scrape sides and mix again.
Mix in Vanilla & Eggs. Mix again.
Gradually add in Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt. Mix well.
Now add in dark chocolate chunks. I usually buy a dark chocolate bar and cut to make chunks of different shapes! Once fully added mix in raspberries. Careful to not over mix or they spread too much.
I use a pre measuring cookie scooper and do 2 scoops right on top of each other to make thicker and bigger cookies. It works great to have even sized cookies! Scoop onto making sheet.
