Roasted Olives with Hot Honey Feta

Products used: Jelly Roll Pan
½ cup green olives
½ kalamata olives
¼ cup of olive oil
8 ounces of feta cheese
¼ cup of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of hot honey
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Sprigs of thyme
Salt and pepper as desired
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Place your green and kalamata olives on the jelly roll pan along with a few sprigs of thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-12 minutes.
In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, hot honey, water, and red pepper flakes and pulse until whipped and creamy.
Spread the feta mixture on a platter and top with the olives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with additional hot honey as desired.
