1 pound of fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 garlic cloves
¼ cup of red pepper flakes
¼ cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
¼ cup of butter
Fresh parsley and baguette for serving
Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, salt, and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Let marinate for 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
Add olive oil to your stainless steel pan and place the shrimp in the pan. Cook for about 1 minute per side and remove them from the pan. Set aside.
In the same pan, add in your other two cloves of garlic and red pepper flakes. Mix in the white wine and lemon juice and let reduce for a few minutes.
Add in your stick of butter and stir for a few minutes until the mixture has reduced again.
Add the shrimp back to the pan for another two minutes until fully cooked.
Top with fresh parsley and serve with a baguette for soaking up all of the delicious, buttery sauce. You can also serve with pasta or zucchini noodles if desired.
