Simple Crepes (French Pancakes)

Perfect Dinner Recipe
Products used: 10” Fry Pan
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
5 eggs
Fruit, jam, whipped cream, etc. for filling
Preheat your stainless steel pan on medium low heat for 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together your flour, milk, and eggs until smooth.
Place a small amount of neutral oil, like canola oil, in your pan.
Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter into the pan and move it around to fill the pan.
After about 1 minute, flip the crepe and cook the other side.
Continue cooking the crepes. You do not need to add additional oil.
Fill crepes with fruit, whipped cream, jam, or any other toppings as desired.
