1 tablespoon of duck sauce or Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of sriracha
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
For topping:
Almonds or peanuts
Fresno chiles or jalapenos
Green onions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper and toss with your broccoli. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Roast your broccoli for 20-25 minutes until nicely browned and crisp.
In the meantime, mix up your sauce mixture of duck sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, sriracha, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
When the broccoli is cooked, remove from the oven and toss in the sauce directly on the stainless steel baking sheet. Place back in the oven for a few minutes so the sauce can thicken.
Remove from the oven and top with almonds, fresno chiles, green onions, and the remaining sauce, if desired.
