Walnut Banana Bread

Tasty Banana Bread.
3 very ripe mashed bananas
½ cup of salted butter (room temp)
¾ cup of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Walnuts (or chocolate chips, if preferred)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and/or flour your stainless steel loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Then add in the mashed bananas and two eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Add this mixture slowly to the batter.
After the batter is mixed, add in the vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon.
Hand mix in the walnuts (or chocolate chips)
Pour the batter into your loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
