For best results and to protect your bakeware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Cookie Sheet with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the bakeware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
For stuck-on food, allow the cookie sheet to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.
Cooking with stainless steel bakeware can feel a little different if you’re used to coated pans. But a few simple techniques make it easy to get great results.
For cookies and other baked goods, grease or line your cookie sheet when the recipe calls for it. For roasting and other oven meals, a small amount of oil can help with browning and release.
360’s multi-ply construction distributes heat evenly for consistent results across the pan. And because there’s no chemical nonstick coating, there’s no coating to scratch, wear away or eventually replace.
Your food cooks on high-quality stainless steel with no exposed aluminum touching your food.

"I love my new cookies sheets! The cookies sheets are heavy & sturdy. The larger size saves me time and allows me to move through the cookie baking process quicker as I easily fit 12 additional cookies on the sheets. My cookies are tablespoon sized; which are perfectly sized for the fur-baby crew!"
"This pan is heavy and cooked evenly. I roasted purple sweet potato medallions on it and they turned out perfectly! 400 degrees, 20 minutes each side, 1/2 inch thick cuts. No oil. The pan was easy to clean as well which makes this a five star pan!"
"I love the large cookie sheet I bought from 360 Cookware! Great quality, thick - but not heavy. It will last for years. Best of all it is stainless steel (no leeching chemicals)and made in the USA!"
"Works beautifully! Highly, highly recommended to everyone!"
"Surprised this doesn’t say 360 but the mother company name instead?! The pot says 360. Love all my purchases and want more!"
"Fabulous heavy duty cookie sheets that do NOT require parchment paper"
"Such great quality."
"I bake granola on the large cookie sheet and it works beautifully. For granola, slightly higher raised edges would be better, but the spacious surface is great. And it washes clean so easily."
"Great product"
"Did not clean up well after first use looks horrible"
