For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Fry Pan with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.

We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.

For stuck-on food, allow the pan to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.

Will you be coming out specifically for a lid to fit your large 11.5" fry pan?
Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. No, I'm sorry not for this style fry pan. The lip around the edge won't allow a lid to sit on it correctly. What is the cooking surface/bottom measurement of the 10 inch fry pan, and the same measurement for the 12 inch fry pan?

What is the depth of this pan vs the 10 inch fry pan? I like to make frittatas that go from stove to oven so I like the short handle concept. I see a 2 inch depth on the 10 inch but no depth measurement on this pan. Thank you.
