For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Sauté Pan and Cover with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.

We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.

For stuck-on food, allow the pan to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.

No Warranty

"Poor quality and misleading "lifetime warranty". I purchased other cookware and this pan a while ago. I like the size of it and was thinking about buying a second pan. Unfortunately the pan turned out to be of a very poor quality and warped. It is spinning on the stovetop and definitely not evenly heating. The food cooks in the middle and stays uncooked on the outside. I contacted customer service asking to honor their so-called lifetime warranty. After multiple emails and videos of my pan spinning on the stovetop they finally told me they will consider honoring it but I'd have to pay for shipping the pan to them to inspect and if they decide to fix my old pan or replace it, I'd have to pay another fee for that. There is no mention of any fees anywhere under lifetime warranty, so it's very misleading. I will not be paying another penny for replacement or buying anything else. I've recommended 360cookware to my friends before and they purchased whole sets. I will no longer recommend this company to anyone , and will make sure they are aware of my experience. Going forward I will be purchasing my cookware from one of their competitors, who also make their products in USA, treat their customers fairly and honors advertised promises. I hope this review doesn't get deleted and customers need to know what they pay for and what kind of "warranty" 360cookware has."

Is this pan made in the United States or is it actually made in China like one reviewer stated? Not sure where they got that idea from so for peace of mind can you please tell me if any of your products are made in China? Ty

Does this roaster come with a lid to slow cook a brisket or do the other lids fit it?
Thank you for reaching out to us. No I’m sorry none of our lids fit on top of our new 3-1 roasting pan. However you can flip our pan over and use it as a dome cover on our 6 quart and 8 quart stock pots to add extra cooking height in your pans to cook a brisket.
