For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Sauté Pan and Cover with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
For stuck-on food, allow the pan to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.
Cooking with stainless steel can feel a little different at first, especially if you’re used to nonstick. But once you learn a few simple techniques such as preheating your pan, finding the right heat and knowing when food is ready to release, it gets much easier.
We’ll help you learn the basics, avoid common mistakes and get comfortable cooking with your 360.
Because great cookware should come with the know-how to use it.

"I love my 360 cookware… i have slow cooker and 3. 5 qt saute pan. . perfect to cook in and easy cleaning…. I just wish shipping was quicker… very frustrating that they each took 3 weeks and no communication. . my SHOP app kept saying “Waiting for Details” and no response when i sent emails adking what that meant. ."
"We started with the small frying pan and immediately knew we wanted to get a larger size also. This is a great pan! Cooks so well ( just read directions on how to properly get the pan to temperature) It cleans up so easily. We will be adding to our collection."
"Like my previous review I love my new pot. The meat I cooked in it was perfect ( that’s saying a lot). I’m not a great cook. Definitely a keeper"
"I am so pleased with this pan,I wished these pans had been around in my younger days."
"AMERICAN MADE IS VERY IMPORTANT. TAKE YOUR STATE BACK, WISCONSIN."
"360 is the best cookware out there! I have had this large pan for 2 years now. I love it so much that I went on to purchase the smaller pan like this one, along with their sauce pans and large pots as well. They cook so well! I don't have to use high heat (they actually tell you not to), so it ends up saving me money in the long run. I have an electric stove, and in my state (CT) our electric rates are more expensive than other states. So when I can save on electricity I really appreciate it! That aside, the cooking experience is exceptional. I have been cooking since I was a teen, and I never knew I wasn't using my pans correctly until I bought this set. Pro tip - preheating the pans help greatly. When you preheat the pans and oil them, the cooking experience is really good. The best thing about these pans is that you'll never have to replace them. There are no toxic substances trying to flake off into your food. I use a combination of Bar Keepers Friend for Stainless for average cleaning and SOS for deeper cleaning (though I try not to use the SOS on the outside of the pan so they keep their beautiful finish). The quality is excellent! I also love the vapor cooking technique - truly the healthiest way to cook veggies and keep the vitamins in the food. Isn't that why we eat veggies anyway? These pans are an investment into a quality product that can be passed down. They are so much better than anything else on the market. I love that they are made in the USA. It gives me peace of mind that they don't have toxins from questionable metals being used to make the pans. Buy them - you won't regret it."
"I spent a ton of time looking for truly non-toxic cookware. I'm in manufacturing myself and understand metals. So happy to find this set. Non only is it "clean" but looks great and heavy duty!"
"Liked this at first and use it alot. It has started to warp and not sit flat on the bottom like the 360 10" skillet I have that did this. I noticed it starts to spin on the ceramic top now and not sit still when you stir. I'm not using at super high heat either, and am heating it up slowly. Disappointed because these pans are not cheap. I messaged on the other for a warranty replacement, but never heard back."
"It cooks no different than any other stainless steel pan I have."
