"I started a pot roast potatoes and carrots yesterday at 9 AM at 5 o’clock. I walked it over to my daughter‘s house and we were going to have dinner. I didn’t take the lid off once all day. I took the lid off when we sat down to eat, and the potatoes and carrots were not cooked and neither was the pot roast. It was just hot. The instructions said to have it on two and two I did. I am very unhappy and want to return this."
"I used it for first time yesterday. Did a quick pot roast on level 4 for 2. 5hrs. No water in pot just seasoning (followed a recipe on website). Very good! I used the inch of liquid goodness in pot to make a gravy, popped slow cooker pot onto stovetop. Easy peasy. Next will do it with vegetables (veggies take longer to cook, so will do on 2 or 3 for 6 to 8hrs). High quality steel. Easy to clean. Love the design of the 6qt. I might splurge soon for other pots and maybe even other bases. I hope there are sales! I also bought a roasting pan, and it is sturdy and easy to clean."

"I am trying to get used to it. It is a beautiful pan. But I expected that it would have a time control. If an item takes 4 hours to cook, I would have to be home to stop it"
"Beautiful and functional. This pot is easy to use. I seared my roast on the stove in the pan and moved to the slow cooker base to finish adding seasonings and cook for the day. Two things to note… the handle gets hot while cooking and the unit must be unplugged to turn off. 360 Cookware, you need to make a silicone handle you can remove and wash after using that fits over the handle. Problem solved!"

"The base is literally just a cheap plastic hot plate that takes FOREVER to heat up the large pot. I could see it breaking very easily and there's no off on light, plus even if its turned all the way down if you forget to unplug it it stays on, for the price of this crockpot they could have done better! I do really like the pot itself and I like the fact that it's stainless steal."
