not the best, not the worst
"i had such high hopes for this cookware and i really do like it but its not as durable as i thought it was. I bought the set, one of the pots got a dent/scrape on it so i stopped using it since aluminum is used to conduct heat, i was scared it would leach to my food. This is the case for another one of my pans, another dent. how can it be so easily dented to the point where the aluminum is exposed? it is very scary when you think about it. Mind you, these are very expensive pans so i was extremely careful when using. Now im looking into "made in" to see what the quality is like with that brand. I cannot risk mine or my family's life continuing to use flimsy products."

"I wish i had them years ago. I have been using alluminum cookware for decades until i read is a no no. I also purchased the slow cooker. First of all, this are incredible peaces. Strong excellent quality (and heavy) i wish 360 will make a small 1/4 pot soon just to make a one person soup fast. .Clean them doing small circles with sponge and regular dish soap If you see spots like green peas shape? Get the stainless cleaning powder, as you don’t want to scratch this beauties with any grillo. I used the slow cook with the pot. I put inside all at the same time anything i had. Starting with brown rice, raw lentils and beens at maximum heat with water covering the content surface while chopping all veggies. Used very little salt and added them in the pot. I was glad didn’t need to add oil but i did once done pour some fresh on top to serve. Yummy. Back to first stage. Once i saw a little steam coming out i did the cover spinning to seal, looked like it was on ice for how free and long it spon. 2 hours after, everything was so perfect I couldn’t stop to eat as fresher taste was the main highlight beside nothing sticking at the bottom without stearing once. I could have achieved same result with slower heat setting or simply use the pot on regular stove top for faster cooking. Thing i love the set is usa made. This is not about politics but when i watch for example us open tennis and see the mercedes logos on the net i get furious. I own a chevrolet monte carlo ss beast from 2007 with 150.000 plus miles and still runs like new, everybody buys merc, bmw porche etc (ok ok ican understand ferrari, maserati, lambothini, alfa romeo, lancia etc as i am italian and like good things including food) but while our american factories go bankrupt. Shame on you. Thank you 360."

- Hello. Would the sauté pan work as a fry pan, just leaving the lid off? Or does the fry pan have some other feature that the sauté pan does not have? I'm not knowledgeable about this stuff so please forgive the newbie question. :)
