"We have every piece in the 360 bakeware collection. My husband loves how roasted food cooks perfectly on the jelly roll pan. It’s his favorite go to bakeware piece! I finally purchased four more of the 360 Cookware brownie pans. Earlier this year, I gave up on finding non-toxic cake pans and bought cheap non-stick cake pans from a leading bakeware brand. I rationalized that an occasional cake made with non-stick pans would not cause too much harm. But when I saw the deeply discounted 360 Cookware brownie pans, I bought four of them immediately! Like another reviewer noted, the brownie pans are perfect for a torte. And I think they are perfect for a layer cake. As soon as my four brownie pans arrive, I will be able to bake a five layer cake with my four new brownie pans and my existing brownie pan for Thanksgiving and for Christmas and for birthdays and anniversaries of loved ones. With a high quality cake (not made from organic flour!) costing about $50 to $100 and more, these brownie pans a. k. a. cake pans will pay for themselves within a year.
