Takes some getting use to
"I already burned the pan twice. I let it heat up on low making sure it’s hot. The manual says 2 to 3 minutes. Dropped my fried eggs in and immediately saw the pan burn and the eggs stuck! Twice the same thing happened. Cleaned it with baking soda, which did bring it back to its nice shiny silver. But after ruining breakfast twice, I don’t really want to use it any more. Not sure if I want to keep eating burnt fried eggs. It’s the only reason I bought the pan. I don’t do any other kind of cooking with a frying pan."

"I use almost everyday for my breakfast fried eggs and a single hamburger. Definitely for leftovers. Convenient and easy cleanup being single. I have other 360 pans that I love. The 8 qt Dutch oven I received as a gift from my adult children I especially love. I of course cook their favorite dishes for Sunday dinners. I'm 76 yrs old and still have saladmaster pans I bought at 16 ys old to start a hope chest we did back then. I have to say 360 excells in quality and cooking. Keep making them! Great pans!!"

"I have not had a good experience with cooking eggs in these pans! They are beautiful but I will have to buy a ceramic skillet for my egg pan. I have tried many different ways to cook eggs but it always sticks and that messes with a good morning for sure!"
