I didn't really think it would work, but when heated for a couple minutes, and then lightly greased, this pan IS actually non-stick. I can fry an egg on it and flip it with one hand. (I had to do this to convince my husband it works before he would ditch the scratched non-stick pan he insisted on using. )"

"Although this is a good fry pan, it does not come with a lid which is very frustrating because can be dangerous. I was told by 360 Cookware to get a sauce pan or sauté pan instead since they come with lids. I do not want those pans. I specifically want a fry pan. They also state that they "like to keep things airy" which is why they don't have lids for their frypans. 360 Cookware need to do a better job in creating fry pans that actually come with lids. Cooking “airy” should be optional and not forced to do."
