For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your stainless steel stockpot with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.

We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.

To clean the Slow Cooker Base, wipe it with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water.

When using the slow cooker, always place it on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Keep the appliance, hot cookware and cord out of reach of children and away from water.

Very nice cooker, but no timer?

"The pot works very nicely when browning on the stove and then directly to the base. The food was delicious, and I'm very happy to find a metal slow cooker. However, I was very surprised to find that the slow cooker that costs almost $500 has no timer. The temperature control is a cheap knob, so you have to watch the time, and manually switch it off or to a keep-warm setting. Had i realized this fact while looking at the description I would not have purchased it."

"Shipping policy may say that they ship within two to three days, but we are coming up on two weeks after having paid. We are still "unfulfilled". I have tried chat but based on previous experience that takes weeks to get an answer. I have noticed that my social media ads are now all for their products so that is fast."
