Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 cup European seedless cucumber ( coarsely grated and drained)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  1. Mix together in a medium bowl the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill or cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Use within one week.
