Sometimes the hardest thing to master is often the simplest. Fried eggs are one of the most common foods cooked on the stove. When learning how to cook on stainless steel, often times people have a difficult time cooking a fried egg.
But don't worry! That is why we have laid out how to cook a fried egg in your Stainless Steel Pan. Read on to learn more!
2 large eggs
Non-stick spray or high smoke point oil
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Heat the 11.5” Fry Pan over medium heat for 3 minutes
Lightly spray or add oil to the pan
Gently crack the egg and add it to the pan.
Season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning
Cook until whites are set and yolks are cooked through as desired
Gently slide your spatula under the egg and make sure it doesn’t stick
Flip egg using the spatula and continue cooking until the eggs have reached your desired level of doneness
Mastering this skill will provide delicious fried eggs every time.
