Seafood Pasta Posted by Brittany Pitschman on May 16, 2019 star Seafood Pasta Rated 5 stars by 1 users Share on Twitter Share on Facebook Share on Pinterest Category Entreés Cookware Items Used In This Recipe:3.5 Quart Sauté Pan and Cover Ingredients 1/2 lb Dry Bow-Tie Pasta2 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 cup Chopped Onion3 Cloves Garlic, sliced thin1 lb Fresh Shrimp, peeled and deveined8 oz Crab Meat, fresh or canned8 oz Mushrooms, brushed and sliced1 cup Green Pepper, diced1 cup Red Pepper, diced1/4 cup White Wine1 tsp Fresh Basil1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly groundShaved Parmesan Cheese Directions Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Drain.Heat olive oil in 3.5 Quart Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté until tender, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.Add shrimp, crab meat, mushrooms, peppers, wine, basil, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.Stir in pasta and add small amount of the reserve pasta water, if necessary.Top with shaved Parmesan. Serve immediately.
