Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes
Start by prepping the potatoes by thinly slicing with a knife or mandoline. Thinly slice onion as well and set aside.
In a large pan make sauce by add butter until melted. Add in onion and stir letting caramelize. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant, around 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and seasonings; sea salt, pepper, thyme and flour. whisky until starting to slightly thicken.
Assemble in the slow cooker. Add a layer of potatoes, a layer of cheese and the creamy mixture. Continue this process until product runs out and slow cooker is full.
Set slow cooker to medium heat and let cook for around 4 hours or until a fork glides through. Serve and Enjoy!
