For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Stock Pot and Cover with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.
For stuck-on food, allow the pot to cool and soak it in warm, soapy water before cleaning. For tougher stains or discoloration, use 360 Cookware Cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can also help remove blue or rainbow discoloration.
Cooking with stainless steel can feel a little different at first, especially if you’re used to nonstick. But once you learn a few simple techniques such as preheating your pan, finding the right heat and knowing when food is ready to release — it gets much easier.

Made spaghetti on the stove top in it & it turned out great. Lots of flavor. But, I need to learn more about how to cook in it using the vapor technology it has. I may need to purchase the recipe book. Also would love to try it as a slow cooker, but need to save up to purchase the base."
