"This set of flatware felt light and insubstantial even before I opened the box (I was told that many people have this reaction especially given that this set is 2+ times the cost of heavy weight Mikasa / Oneida / Wallace sets). This really feels like something you would use at a school cafeteria. It turns out that there is a definition of "heavy weight" for those who are looking for substantial flatware (you can google it for which sets are heavy weight by brand). Heavy weight comes out to 11 - 13 pounds in shipping weight for a 12-piece place setting. This Classic Rim set has a shipping weight of 8 pounds. The second star is for the customer rep at 360 who was awesome and made the return very easy with good communication and follow-up."

"We returned the two 20 piece sets of cutlery we bought at The Bay on Black Friday to purchase from 360 Cookware. We absolutely love it. We are thrilled that it's handcrafted in the USA, we live in Ontario, Canada. We actually paid slightly more and received a 65 piece set instead of 40. We did have to pay $43 for duty but totally didn't mind. So excited to have enough beautiful cutlery for dinner parties and everyday use. Even our kids think it's awesome. We are once again more than satisfied with a referral from Meghan Telpner!"
