"Placed order a little over 3 weeks ago. Received a shipping notice, received an order fulfillment notice, waited, waited, nothing came, emailed customer support, received automated reply stating they were looking into the matter. Waited, waited, contacted customer support again, received automated reply again stating that they were looking into the matter. Waited, tried calling the customer support # several times, no answer. Contacted the shipping insurer that I purchased they replied that they weren’t able to help because the product doesn’t show that it has been shipped. They advised to contact customer support and supplied me with a link. I used that link to message directly someone replied a few hours later and said they would have the appropriate department look into it. Still waiting. While doing all this waiting I decided to order from another place MADE IN thinking that I had just been scammed out of $300. The product that I purchased from MADE IN, which was ordered weeks later arrived yesterday. Still waiting for a reply on the status of the order I purchased from this place. ."

I told everybody that before they left I would be counting them and they had better all be there :-) I will only be using them for special occasions.
