For best results and to protect your cookware, we recommend hand washing your 360 Stock Pot and Cover with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly after washing.
We do not recommend dishwasher use. Harsh dishwasher detergents can damage exposed aluminum within the cookware’s construction and may affect warranty coverage.

After not receiving a ship date by the 20th, I inquired and was informed via message that there is a shipping issue with my order. The company should disclose on its website any problems or delays on the site or at checkout if it won't ship immediately. I continue to wait for a ship date."

- Someone in the reviews mentioned they somehow ruined theirs using metal utensils, that they should have used nylon or wooden? Is this accurate or a fluke in the first one they bought? Seems to me that surgical grade stainless steel should be able to stand up to metal to metal contact.
