I am not much of
"I am not much of a cook. But I don't like garbage stuff that just breaks or is made weak. There is nothing cheap about this pot and lid. I was skeptical about the vapor lock stuff, seems kinda gimicky but man, the lid does seal to the pot. That is some precision craftsmanship. Anyway. I made my first pot of chili in my life and it turned out stellar. I have to assume part of the taste was due to even heating and the vapor lock. The size is a bit overkill for 1 person. I would have been better off with the 6 quart, or maybe even 4 but my goal in buying the pot was to make a batch of chili (I literally bought this just to make chili) and have it last a few days. So, I guess in this sense it was really perfect, but I did eat chili every day for 3 days lol. Not sure how a smaller batch would cook in such a large pot. Anyway. I am really enjoying this product. If taken care of (I will hand wash always), this product should last till the end of my life and then some. Definitely something that can be passed down. I will most likely purchase more from 360. It's definitely legit and extremely well made. I'd rather spend the money once and have the quality for years to come, and know what to expect as I learn how the pot works with food and temps, than changing pots and pans when they break or whatever. I'd give this product easily 10 stars. There are literally no drawbacks."

- I’ve been trying to find a made in USA large stock pot with pasta insert for several years, to no avail. I don’t want to buy a cheap made in China substitute, because I know I’ll just have to replace it, and who knows what kind of metal it’s actually made from. I have seen your stock pot in both 12-qt and 16-qt sizes on the website, but it’s no longer listed. Do you still make a large stock pot? If so, when might it be available?
