1/2 lbs. of ground beef or ground turkey
1tsp salt (optional)
2 tbsp of shortening (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup chopped onion
1- 6oz. can of tomato paste
1/2 cup diced celery
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions:
1) Brown the ground beef. Drain the fat if any is there.
2) Combine all other ingredients in slow cooker.
3) Cook on low (2) for 6 hours.
Yield 6-8 servings. Serve over rice/pasta/toast.

amazing…traditional burgers fried and shaped using patty maker or bare hands…
slow cooker did a good job.., it would be pretty exciting if the beef will be marinated to make it more tasty…
